AppleCare Protection Plan for MacBook/ iBook (for Purchases of 250+ MacBook/ iBooks)
AppleCare Protection Plan (APP) for MacBook extends the complimentary coverage on your MacBook to four years of Apple-authorized
service and expert support. The full APP Terms and Conditions are available on Apple's website.
The plan includes expert telephone assistance, repair coverage, web-based resources, and TechTool Deluxe from Micromat.
Ordering information:
• The AppleCare Protection Plan for MacBook part number must be on the same purchase order as the hardware and in equal
quantities, i.e. X CPU's and X APP. The APP should be on the line above or below the hardware selected for Protection Plan coverage.
• A MINIMUM of 250 MacBooks with an EQUAL quantity of APP must be purchased on the same purchsae order.
• Auto Enrollment automatically matches the Hardware Serial Number to the extended coverage in the Apple Warranty System.
• A Proof of Coverage Statement (POC) will be sent to the ship-to address reflecting the coverage period, serial number(s), product description
with Terms and Conditions, and Web Site information. Additionally, one TechTool Deluxe CD will be included for each CPU. The POC
statement will include Apple's sales order number as a reference. (NOTE: A single POC with CDs is mailed for each sales order.)
• IMPORTANT: The outside of the hardware finished goods box does NOT indicate the product has been auto enrolled for AppleCare Protection
Plan. Therefore it is recommended that auto enrolled products and products without auto enrollment be purchased on separate purchase orders.

support. The Plan includes expert telephone assistance, onsite repairs for desktop computers, global repair coverage for all computers,
web-based support resources and powerful diagnostic tools (TechTool Deluxe from Micromat). The AppleCare Protection Plan Terms

AppleCare Protection - Enrollment Kits
Buy the appropriate Enrollment Kit for each computer to be covered by the AppleCare Protection Plan. Each Kit includes an AppleCare
Protection Plan CD, a Getting Started Guide, the plan's Terms and Conditions, and instructions for registering the computer for coverage.
Coverage is not activated until after you enroll. Coverage for an Apple display is provided for Mac mini, Mac Pro, and MacBook Pro
customers provided the computer and the display were purchased at the same time and covered under the same plan. Please be sure to provide
the serial numbers of both. Please note that to be eligible, the computer must be under its original one-year warranty.

to up to two years of world-class support from the original purchase date of your iPod. The Plan includes expert telephone assistance for both
iPod and iTunes, global repair or replacement coverage for iPod and its included accessories (excluding the carrying case) and comprehensive
web-based support resources. The AppleCare Protection Plan for iPod Terms and Conditions are available on Apple's website.

To prevent delays in receiving phone support or repair service, activate coverage right away.
Each plan includes a Getting Started Guide, the plan's terms and conditions, and instructions for enrolling the iPod for coverage.
