NoticationState An optional keyword
describing whether to notify
the user whenever new mail
arrives. If provided, it must
be set to “NoticationO,”
“NoticationLastIP,” or
“NoticationStaticIP.”
If this eld is missing,
“NoticationO” is assumed.

bracketed, dotted decimal

If this eld is missing,
NoticationState is interpreted
