To replace the entire recording, click Record From Beginning. Â
Deleting a Voiceover Narration from a Recorded Slideshow
You can remove the voiceover narration from a recorded slideshow. After the narration
has been deleted, the presentation type will revert to Normal in the Presentation pop-
up menu of the Document pane in the Document inspector.
To delete a voiceover narration, do either of the following:
Open the Document inspector, click Audio, and then click Clear. m
Choose File > Clear Recording. m
Placing a Movie on a Slide
Movies can be placed within placeholder graphics or anywhere on a slide canvas. They
can also be moved on and o a slide, or started and stopped when the presenter clicks,
by using object builds. (For more details, see “Creating Movie Builds” on page 12 8 .)
Here are ways to add a movie:
Drag a movie le from the Finder to the slide canvas or to a media placeholder. m
Click Media in the toolbar, and then click Movies in the Media Browser. Select a le, and m
then drag it to the slide canvas or to a media placeholder.
Choose Insert > Choose, and then navigate to the movie le you want. Select it, and m
then click Insert. Drag the movie to where you want it on the slide canvas.

Placing a Picture Frame Around a Movie
Placing a picture frame around a movie is an attractive way to display it on a slide. To
add a picture frame, use the Stroke settings in the Graphic inspector.
To frame a movie:
1 Select it, and then click the Inspector button in the toolbar to open the Inspector
window. Click the Graphic inspector button in the Inspector window.
2 Choose Picture Frame from the Stroke pop-up menu.
3 Click the picture frame that appears below the Stroke pop-up menu, and select a
frame style.
4 Drag the Scale slider or specify a percentage to set the thickness of the picture frame.
