Your browser opens and displays the published presentation on iWork.com.
7 You can copy the web address (URL) and post it on a website, blog, or social
networking site. Anyone with the web address can view your presentation online.
For instructions, see iWork.com Help (with iWork.com open in your browser, click the
link labeled Help).
To upload a presentation for your private access:
1 Open the document, and then click the Share button in the toolbar, or choose Share >
“Share via iWork.com.”
2 Type your Apple ID and password, and then click Sign In.
If you've forgotten your Apple ID or password, click Forgot Password, and then follow
the onscreen instructions.
If it’s your rst time sending a document to iWork.com, an email verication is sent to
your email address. Click the verication link in the email, and then continue uploading.
3 Select “Upload for private use.”
4 Click Show Advanced if you want to change the online name of the presentation, and
then type or choose a lename for the online presentation.
5 Click the Upload button.
A copy of your presentation is sent to iWork.com.
6 Click View Online to see your presentation on iWork.com, or click OK to close the dialog.
To access all your online presentations from the Shared Documents view of iWork.
com, do either of the following:
Open a presentation and choose Share > Show Shared Documents. If you’re not m
already logged in, choose Share > Sign In, and then choose Show Shared Documents.
Go to m http://www.iwork.com/ and sign in.
You can set iWork.com to notify you by email when viewers post new comments to an
online document. For this information and more details about using iWork.com, go to
http://www.iwork.com/ and click Help at the bottom of the page.
